Naomi - Searching for privacy

Block of flats, apartment buildings... concrete is everywhere. How can Naomi find a place to pee in such an area? She actually does find quite a good place to hide herself but there are people walking by and there's no way she could have her privacy for at least half a minute. She runs towards the nearby stairs but it's already too late...
